Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve.
At the start of our Kenya Tanzania combined group safari you will be picked up from your hotel at 0730 hrs – a safari briefing session with our tour consultant then drive to the Masai Mara Game Reserve as you enjoy the scenic views of the Great Rift Valley – Masai Mara game reserve is the northern part of the Serengeti, one of Kenya’s most favored game-viewing areas. The reserve covers 700 square miles of magnificent wilderness. It is the Africa of the imagination; endless reaches of acacia-dotted grasslands studded with hazy hills. Afternoon game drive to see the sundowner as you trail the Big 5 i.e. Lions in large prides, Elephants, buffalos, zebras and numerous plain game.

Day 2: Masai Mara Game Reserve.
Full day spent exploring the park in search of the big 5 and other wild game. Optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged at an extra cost of US$ 600 per person. The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures.

Day 03: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park.
on day 3 of our Kenya Tanzania combined group safari, leave the camp after breakfast and proceed northwards to arrive in Lake Nakuru National park in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives in the park where you will have a chance to visit a unique sanctuary catering for a sizeable number of the endangered rhinoceros and the Rothschild giraffe. Waterbucks as well as the predators such as the lion and leopard are common at the park. Also to be seen is a myriad different variety of birdlife in and around the lake.

Day 04: Lake Nakuru – Amboseli National Park.
Early breakfast leave Lake Nakuru and drive to Amboseli national park with packed lunches. Afternoon game drives then proceed to your lodge.

Day 05: Amboseli National Park
full day in this photogenic park. Morning and afternoon game drives. Amboseli National park is one of the most popular wildlife sanctuaries in Kenya. It is situated close to Kenya- Tanzania border, The Park lies at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa (5,896m) whose snow-capped summit presents a splendid view on clear days. Amboseli National Park is often referred to as “The home of Elephants’ some of the largest Elephant herds are found here.

Day 06: Amboseli – Lake Manyara National Park.
Day 6 of Kenya and Tanzania group tour starts with an early breakfast at the camp then drive into Tanzania via the Namanga border. We also pass through Arusha to Lake Manyara National park with lunch enroute. Regardless of the direction we approach Manyara from, the view is always fantastic. We proceed to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay. Lake Manyara is a shallow, alkaline lake that is part of the Rift Valley wall; the lake is at the base of this dramatic western escarpment giving it a beautiful and serene setting. In addition to this peaceful setting, Lake Manyara’s main attractions are its rich bird life, tree climbing lions and its hippos, which you can see at a closer range than many other places. Lake Manyara also hosts thousands of flamingos at certain times of the year and has diverse vegetation ranging from savannah, to marshes and acacia woodland, So it enables a variety of wildlife habitats including butterflies.

Day 07: Lake Manyara National Park – Serengeti National Park.
We leave the camp after breakfast and drive to Serengeti national park. Game is viewed as we proceed to your lodge.

Day 08: Serengeti National Park.
The day will be spent exploring the grassy plains and woodlands in the area, tracking the massed herds of wildebeest and zebra, witnessing the birth of new calves and trailing predators such as lion, cheetah and hyena on the hunt. The area also teems with other wildlife, including elephants, eland, various gazelle species, Kirk’s dik-dik, giraffe and the elusive leopard. Serengeti Mawe camp or similar Serengeti is easily Tanzania’s most famous national park, and it’s also the largest, at 14,763 square kilometres of protected area that borders Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Park It is the Migration for which Serengeti is perhaps most famous. Over a million wildebeest and about 200,000 zebras flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains for the short rains every October and November, and then swirl west and north after the long rains in April, May and June. So strong is the ancient instinct to move that no drought, gorge or crocodile infested river can hold them back. The Wildebeest travel through a variety of parks, reserves and protected areas and through a variety of habitat. Join us to explore the different forms of vegetation and landscapes of the Serengeti ecosystem and meet some of their most fascinating inhabitants.

Day 09: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater Tour.
After an early breakfast, we drive to the magnificent Ngorongoro crater descend into crater for a full day crater tour interrupted by a Packed lunches. Dinner and overnight stay at Kudu lodge The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s biggest whole volcanic caldera at 8300 sq km and is arguably the most stunning arena. It is frequently described as one of the wonders of the world, not only because of its geological magnificence, but also because it serves as an extraordinary natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s largest populations of large mammals.

Day 10: Tarangire National park – Kilim.anjaro International airport
Breakfast then drive to Tarangire National Park, lunch at 1200 Hrs, in the late afternoon drive to the Kilimanjaro International airport to board your home bound flight.
